We are based in Pomona with a national reach and fast delivery service. We are importing all our products. Our website will show if our products are in stock and will not allow you to order more than what we have in stock. When an order is placed before 13h00, you will receive a tracking number/Collection notice of your order within 1 to 2 hours, provided the order was paid for in full. Orders paid by Bank Transfer will only be shipped when the funds reflect in our bank account. Orders placed after 13h00 will only be actioned out the next working day. Our Courier normally collects between 09h00 to 10h00 and maybe again at 13h00. Office hours 07h00 to 14H00 Monday to Thursday & Friday 07H00 to 12H30

GETTING YOUR PRODUCTS TO YOU

If you buy online, you're given a choice of delivery (“shipping”) methods during the checkout process – economy express, or collection from Pomona. Economy delivery takes between two and three weekdays from dispatch to major centres, while small towns and outlying areas usually take a bit longer.

COMING TO A STORE NEAR YOU

Of course, if you're anywhere near Kempton Park, I'd be happy to show you my entire range - but only by appointment. If you want to handle a product before you buy, please contact us, and we can arrange a viewing time! Our parent company, Stratelec, is in Kempton Park. We import direct from the factory and sell direct to you, so no middle man, just reasonable prices, with snappy delivery and full after-sales support.
