4. Working mode: transformer feedback energy transfer, all batteries are balanced synchronously. High voltage discharge, low voltage charging. When the battery is balanced, it will automatically sleep for one hour, and then re detect the voltage difference and start the next balance.
5. Balance current reference:
4S-8S: the maximum equalizing current is 1.5A for every 0.1V differential voltage.
17S: the maximum equalizing current is 1.2A for every 0.1V differential voltage.
20S-24S: the maximum equalizing current is 1.2A for every 0.1V differential voltage.
The balance current of each string of batteries is not fixed and changes with the change of differential pressure.
6. Balanced aging (accuracy): 3V up and down. Due to the different capacity of the battery pack, the effect will be different. The more consistent the capacity, the better the balance effect. If the total pressure change detected twice is less than (string number * 3V), it will enter the sleep state. If the charger is always plugged in for charging, it will be equalizing all the time. At this time, the voltage difference is very small and the equalizing current is also very small.
7. The balance current is not fixed, and the current is determined by the voltage difference. The greater the voltage difference, the greater the equalizing current, the smaller the voltage difference, and the smaller the balance current.
If the battery is large and the capacity is the same. The balance effect will be better, so please make sure that the capacity is consistent before use to achieve a good balance effect.
8. Starting conditions: the 4S battery voltage must be higher than 12V before the first use. The average voltage for the first start must be higher than 3V. It lasts at least 5 hours after power on.
Cancel sleep function and start condition: charge or discharge. The condition of dormancy is to detect the total pressure every 5 hours.
9. Support parallel connection and enhance the equalization effect. Support infinite concatenation to balance more strings.
For example, 60s battery pack can be used in series with 3pcs 24s balancer. When used in series, two adjacent balancers need to repeat several strings of batteries. The more repeated strings, the better the overall balance effect.

If the battery consistency is not good, or worried that the battery consistency will become worse after a few months or a year, it is recommended to choose this balancer. Select a balancer with a battery capacity of 100ah-200ah. Above 500ah, it is recommended to select two balancers in parallel to increase the effect.
11. Balance state: the battery pack standing for a long time cannot be used as the basis for judging the balance effect. This is an abnormal use state.

1. This model cannot remove the connector to balance other batteries. For example, after balancing a battery pack, remove it for another battery pack. If you do that it will definitely damage the balancer, it must be fixed with the battery pack together.
2. If you want to use this balancer for solar energy storage batteries, its balance current may not be large. Since the solar energy storage battery always charging and discharging, the battery voltage difference is small, and the current obtained is also small. if the capacity is the same, and the greater the voltage difference, the greater the current.
3. The pressure difference of the newly established battery pack will not be very large, but the capacity must be consistent. If the battery voltage difference is 0.2V-0.3V, it is a very large voltage difference value. There may be a voltage difference of 0.5V at the end of full charge and discharge, and the balance current will also be the largest at this time. But the pressure difference value will not last for a long time.
4. About 10A balance current: When the voltage difference exceeds 0.8V, it will reach 10A balance current but It does not mean that each string of batteries could reach a current of 10A.
Normally, a 4A balance current is the safest. Allowing the balance current to be 10A for a long time will damage the balancer.
Do not create a pressure difference of more than 0.7V and keep it for 10 minutes or longer will damage the balancer.
5. First use:
1) Please connect each balance cable carefully, the wrong wiring will damage the balancer.
2) Do not disassemble the connector port always. Frequent plugging and unplugging of the connector may cause poor contact and affect the balance current.
3) It must be installed with the battery and fixed.
4) The green connector must be pulled out before wiring.
5) The connector can be plugged in after the balance cable connection is completed, and the charging is started for the first use to enhance the balance effect.
